Forensic engineering
Forensic engineering often involves injury as the result of a flaw in an engineered product or system or the misuse of such and engineered device. The engineering that went into designing the product or system often is in question. Alpha Omega Engineering can draw on a large number of experts to investigate specific cases−experts with PhDs in the pertinent fields as well as machinists and technicians who have a hands-on knowledge of how products are designed, manufactured, and maintained.
From a legal standpoint such cases are referred to as personal injury cases or product liability cases. Often the engineering of the product or system is scrutinized to see if it has latent design flaws.
